Wixela Inhub Information:

Buy Wixela Inhub Inhalation Powder

Wixela Inhub (Fluticasone Propionate/Salmeterol) is a prescription inhalant medication used to prevent asthma attacks. It is also used to prevent flare-ups or worsening of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associated with chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema. Wixela Inhub contains two active ingredients, Fluticasone and Salmeterol. Fluticasone belongs to a class of medications called steroids, and works by inhibiting inflammatory cells, such as mast cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and macrophages. Fluticasone also helps to inhibit the secretion of histamines, cytokines, and leukotrienes that are commonly released with asthma. It does this by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, and blocking the production of inflammatory proteins AP-1 and NF-kappaB. Salmeterol belongs to a class of medications called beta-2 agonists, and works by simulating the beta-2 receptors present in the airways, which causes the muscles to relax and prevent the onset and worsening of symptoms. Wixela Inhub is not a rescue medication. If you are having an asthma or bronchospasm attack, use the appropriate rescue medication

Follow all of your doctor’s instructions on how to use this medication correctly. Inhale this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually twice daily (in the morning and evening, 12 hours apart). You may or may not taste/feel the drug when you inhale. Either is normal. Do not exhale into the device. Do not take the inhaler apart or wash the mouthpiece or any part of the device. Close the device after each use. If you are using other inhalers at the same time, wait at least 1 minute between the use of each medication, and use this drug last.
