Buy Trelstar

Trelstar (Triptorelin Pamoate) is used in men to treat the symptoms of prostate cancer. Trelstar only treats the symptoms of prostate cancer and does not treat the cancer itself. Trelstar works by mimicking the actions of a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), the hormone which is released from the hypothalamus gland in the brain. The hypothalamus uses GnRH to send messages to the pituitary gland in the brain, which then sends messages to the ovaries in women, and the testicles in men, telling these organs to produce the sex hormones estrogen (in women) and testosterone (in men). Normally, GnRH comes from the hypothalamus in pulses, leading to the production of estrogen or testosterone. If GnRH came from the hypothalamus all the time (rather than in pulses), it would have the opposite effect, and turn off hormone production. Trelstar causes GnRH to come from the hypothalamus all the time, turning off hormone production and reducing the amount of testosterone in the blood, as testosterone can cause prostate cancer to grow faster.

Trelstar Directions:

Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medication exactly as directed by your doctor. Trelstar is injected into a muscle. A healthcare provider can teach you how to properly use the medication by yourself. Trelstar is usually given once every 4, 12, or 24 weeks. Your dose schedule will depend on the strength and brand that you are using. Trelstar must be mixed with a liquid (diluent) before using it. When using injections by yourself, be sure you understand how to properly mix and store the medication. Store this medication at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Do not freeze. Each vial is for one use only. Throw it away after one use, even if there is still medication left inside. Use a needle and syringe only once and then place them in a puncture-proof “sharps” container. Follow state or local laws about how to dispose of this container.

Trelstar Precautions:

You should not use Trelstar if you are allergic to Triptorelin. To make sure Trelstar is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had heart disease, long QT syndrome or other heart rhythm disorder, a heart attack or stroke, an electrolyte imbalance (such as low levels of potassium or magnesium in your blood), diabetes, epilepsy or other seizure disorder, mental illness, or a tumor or blood vessel problem in your brain. Do not use Trelstar if you are pregnant. Use effective birth control, and tell your doctor if you become pregnant during treatment as this medication may harm the unborn baby. You should not breastfeed while using this medication, as it may pass into breast milk and affect the nursing baby. This medication may affect fertility (ability to have children) in men . Talk to your doctor about this issue. Some people using Trelstar have had new or worsening mental problems or seizures (convulsions). Call your doctor right away if you have a seizure, or any unusual changes in mood or behavior (anger, aggression, crying, feeling restless or irritable). Trelstar can cause a temporary increase in certain hormones, especially when you first start using this medication. This may cause side effects that are similar to the condition being treated. Trelstar may interact with several medications, especially insulin, metformin, and estrogen. This is not a complete list of interactions and others may occur. Tell your doctor about any medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements you are currently taking or have recently taken in order to reduce the risk of any possible interactions.
