Daklinza Precautions:
You should not use Daklinza if you are allergic to Daclatasvir. To make sure Daklinza is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had hepatitis B, liver problems other than hepatitis C, a liver transplant, diabetes, heart disease, if you have recently used a heart rhythm medication called amiodarone, or if you use a blood thinner (warfarin, Coumadin, Jantoven) and you have routine “INR” or prothrombin time tests. It is unknown whether or not Daklinza will affect an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant in order to discuss any possible risks. It may not be safe to breastfeed while using this medication, as it may affect the breastfeeding baby. Ask your doctor about any risk. Daklinza is not approved for use by anyone under the age of 18.
