Centrum Information:
Centrum is used for the prevention of low levels of essential minerals and vitamins, of which the body needs to operate effectively. It may be used for other conditions, of which will be determined by your doctor.
Centrum is a vitamin and mineral supplement, and you may be asked to take this from your doctor if it appears that you and your body are running low on these essential minerals or vitamins, for example if you are not gaining enough from you current diet.
