Yentreve (duloxetine) is a prescription medication that is used to treat stress urinary incontinence (SUI), the accidental leakage of urine when pressure in the bladder is increased suddenly, for example by sneezing, coughing, laughing, bending or lifting. Yentreve Precautions:

Do not take Yentreve if you:
• Are allergic to duloxetine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;

• Are taking fluvoxamine which is usually used to treat depression, ciprofloxacin or enoxacin which are used to treat some infections;
