Zomig Information:
Zomig (generic name: Zolmitriptan) is a drug which is prescribed for the treatment of migraine headaches. The active ingredient in Zomig is Zolmitriptan, which is a cerebral vasoconstrictor. It works by narrowing the blood vessels around the brain. It also reduces substances that are released in the body that can trigger headache pain, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound and other symptoms of migraine headaches. Zomigonly works to teat migraine headaches that have already begun. It does not prevent future migraine headaches, or reduce the number of migraine attacks. Zomig should not be used to treat common tension headaches, headaches that cause loss of movement on one side of the body or headaches that are different to normal migraines. Zomig Side Effects:

Zomig Precautions:
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of Zomig you should not take it, and should inform your doctor.
