Janumet Information:
Janumet (generic name: Metformin/Sitagliptin) is an oral drug which is prescribed for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The generic drugs Metformin and Sitagliptin make up an oral diabetes medication. Metformin works by helping to control blood sugar levels. It helps to regulate the blood sugar levels of diabetics, and works by regulating the levels of insulin produced in the body after eating.
