Premarin (generic name: Conjugated Estrogens tablets, USP) is an approved drug which is prescribed for the treatment of menopause symptoms including hot flushes, irritation and burning in the vagina and vagina dryness. You should consult your doctor if you are taking any other medications as these may interact with Premarin including antidepressants, barbiturates, blood thinners such as warfarin, thyroid medications, rifampin, seizure medications, insulin and diabetic medications and ketoconazole. You must tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
