Tagamet Side Effects:SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include diarrhea, headache, dizziness, or drowsiness. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
