Temodar Information:

Buy Temodar

Temodar (Temozolomide) is used along with other medications and therapy in the treatment of certain types of brain tumors such as glioblastoma multiforme, newly diagnosed anaplastic astrocytoma, and anaplastic astrocytoma that has not responded to other treatments. Temozolomide, the active ingredient in Temodar, belongs to the class of drugs known as alkylating agents. Temozolomide works by interfering with the DNA replication process in rapidly dividing cancer cells. It introduces methyl groups onto the DNA molecule, which leads to DNA damage and ultimately cell death. This mechanism helps to inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body, particularly in the brain.
