What should you watch for while
taking Diovan?
If your symptoms do not start to improve in 2 or 3 days then tell your health
care professional.
Drowsiness or dizziness is the possible side effects that may occur at the
time you are taking Diovan. Until you know how Diovan affects you, do not
drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs mental alertness.
While taking Diovan your mouth may get dry. It will be good if you chew
sugarless gum or suck hard candy and drink plenty of water.
Most important fact about this drug
If you want that this medicine should give you good results then take it
regularly. The full benefit of Diovan could be seen after few weeks, so
even if you are feeling well, do not stop taking Diovan and take your dosage
regularly. Diovan only keeps the blood pressure under control. It does not
cure high blood pressure.
Diovan
is used to treat high blood pressure; this medicine is an
angiotensin II receptor. It can also be used in the case of congestive heart
failure and other conditions, as if determined by your doctor. |
