What should you watch for while
taking Albuterol; ipratropium inhalation?
If your breathing symptoms do not improve or if they get worse, contact
your doctor immediately. You should contact your doctor immediately, if
you find that your inhalers are not so much effective in treating your symptoms.
You may be having an increase in your bronchitis symptoms. If your doctor
asks you to stop using albuterol; ipratropium then only stop using it, do
not stop on your own.
Take the albuterol; ipratropium aerosols spray with care so that you do
not get it in your eyes. Irritation, pain, or blurred vision can be caused
if you get the spray in your eyes. Rinse out the spray content with a plenty
of cool tap water if you get the spray in your eyes. If you develop vision
problems or eye pain, inform your doctor without delay and follow the steps
advised by your doctor.
Use albuterol; ipratropium first, if you are using any other inhaled medicines
such as an inhaled steroid. Before using the other inhaler, wait for as
a minimum of 5 minutes after taking albuterol; ipratropium.
It is recommended that you must use the inhaler properly as advised by your
doctor. Do not use extra or more frequent inhalations. Your condition will
not be improved if you use more and extra inhalations. Rinse the plastic
case in warm running water by removing the metal canister, once in a day.
Without using a twisting motion, Replace canister gently.
While taking Albuterol your mouth may get dry. It will be good if you chew
sugarless gum or suck hard candy and drink plenty of water.
Consult with your doctor if you are going to have surgery and inform him
or her that you are taking Albuterol
Albuterol is used to treat
or prevent the symptoms of asthma, emphysema, and other breathing conditions;
this medicine is a bronchodilator. Prevention of the symptoms of exercise-induced
asthma may also be done by using this medicine. It can also be used in other
circumstances for treatment, as if determined by your doctor. |
