Rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing are the possible symptoms of an allergic reaction. Your symptoms should improve within 4 to 8 weeks, if you are taking Prevacid for gastric ulcers or reflux disease. Contact your doctor as soon as possible if your condition or signs become worse. This medicine should not be shared with others to whom it was not prescribed. For other health conditions, do not use this medicine. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children and pets.
