Premarin Side Effects
Dizziness; nausea; or vaginal burning, discomfort, or irritation are the possible side effects that may occur at the time you are taking this medicine. Consult with your doctor if you continue or are worrisome about these side effects. If you experience unexplained headache; breast pain or tenderness; stomach upset, pain, or bloating; persistent nausea; vomiting; unexplained weight changes; unusual vaginal discharge/itching/odor; increased/decreased interest in sex; or hair loss then consult with your doctor as quickly as possible. And if you experience mental/mood changes (such as severe depression, memory loss, or confusion); severe dizziness or fainting; sudden severe headache; one-sided weakness; slurred speech; vision changes (such as change in contact lens fit, loss of vision, or double vision); chest pain; shortness of breath; pain or swelling of the hands, legs, or feet; calf pain, swelling, or tenderness; breast lumps; changes in vaginal bleeding (such as spotting, breakthrough bleeding, prolonged bleeding, or absence of menstrual period); seizure; yellowing of eyes or skin; irregular heartbeat; or muscle cramps then also consult with your doctor as quickly as possible. It is not likely possible to have any allergic reaction to this medicine but if you find any reaction then immediately contact your doctor. Rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing are the possible symptoms of an allergic reaction. Contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, if you observe any other effects not listed above.

Premarin Overdose
Contact your local poison control center or emergency room without delay, if overdose is supposed to be taken by you. Severe nausea/vomiting, or excessive or unusual vaginal bleeding are symptoms of overdose.
