Directions
For using this medicine, follow all the instructions as given by your doctor. The dosage of this medicine can be taken with or without food. And it should be stored at room temperature below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) in a tightly-sealed container and in a dry place and away from heat and direct light. Storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is allowed. Take the medicine immediately if you miss the dose and remembered on the same day but if it’s the time for your next dose leave out the missed dose and take the medicine according to your regular dosing schedule, do not take 2 doses at once.

Cautions
You should follow the diet plan as given by your doctor. If you have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine than do not take this medicine. At the same time when you are taking the medicine, keep all doctor and laboratory appointments. Inform your doctor that you are taking Pravachol, before having any kind of surgery. All prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist while you start taking any new medicine. F0R WOMEN: If you are pregnant, do not use this medicine. Contact your doctor immediately, if you think that you could be pregnant. This medicine is excreted in breast milk. While taking this medicine, do not breast-feed.
