Nexium Side Effects
Headache, constipation, cough, or diarrhea are the possible side effects that may occur at the time you are taking this medicine. If you experience throat pain, chest pain, severe stomach pain, or coffee-ground vomit then consult with your doctor as quickly as possible. It is not likely possible to have any allergic reaction to this medicine but if you find any reaction then immediately contact your doctor. Rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing are the possible symptoms of an allergic reaction. Contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, if you observe any other effects not listed above.

There is no pattern of reported adverse events suggesting that patients taking Nexium will have any impairment of ability to drive and use hazardous machinery.

Nexium Overdose
Contact your local poison control center or emergency room without delay, if overdose is supposed to be taken by you. Confusion, drowsiness, blurred vision, fast heartbeat, nausea, excessive sweating, flushing, headache, and dry mouth are symptoms of taking overdose of medicine.

Nexium Additional Information
Your symptoms should improve within 4 to 8 weeks after taking this medicine for gastric ulcers or reflux disease. Consult your doctor if your signs do not improve or if they become worse. This medicine should not be shared with others to whom it was not prescribed. For other health conditions, do not use this medicine. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children and pets. Obtain refills before your supply rush out, if you use this medicine for a comprehensive period of time.
