Lyrica is used to treat epilepsy and neuropathic pain
associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)
and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Lyrica (pregabalin
capsules) has approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA).
Before Using Lyrica
If you have had an allergic reaction or are allergic
to any ingredient in this medicine than do not take
Lyrica. There are chances that any other medicines or
medical conditions may interact with this medicine therefore
all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that
you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist.
Without consulting doctor do not start or stop taking
the medicine. If you have any other medical conditions,
allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding than immediately
inform your doctor and if you have any further queries
regarding the medicine than contact your doctor.
Storage
Lyrica should be stored at room temperature in a tightly-sealed
container and in a dry place and away from heat and
direct light. Store the medicine in its original packet.
