Directions
For using this medicine, follow all the instructions as given by your doctor. Information leaflet is available for patients with the medicine. If you have any queries regarding the medicine than contact your doctor. And this medicine should be stored in a tightly-sealed container and in a dry place and away from heat and direct light. If sometimes you do not remember that you have taken the dose a day or not and even if you missed the dose next day also then skip the missed dose and take the medicine according to your regular dosing schedule, do not take 2 doses at once.

The dosage of this medicine is a 1 tablet a day. The dosage of this medicine can be taken with or without food. You can take the dose at any time during a day but always remember to take the medicine daily at your regular schedule.
Ingest the whole capsule. You can have a glass of water with the medicine if you want. Take the medicine according to the prescription provided by your doctor. If you are not sure than consult with your doctor.

Your doctor will advise you that for how much time you have to take this medicine. It is also possible that your doctor will recommend you to take calcium and vitamin D supplements.

Cautions
In your diet, it is important for you to have enough of calcium and vitamin D. If you have any queries regarding your diet or about taking dietary supplements such as calcium or vitamin D than contact your doctor. Tell the doctor that you are using this medicine, if you ever have any other medical treatments, emergency care, or surgery. All prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist while you start taking any new medicine. F0R WOMEN: If you are pregnant, do not use this medicine. Contact your doctor immediately, if you suspect that you could be pregnant. It is not known if this medicine is excreted in breast milk. While taking this medicine, do not breast-feed.
