Cyclessa Information:

Buy Cyclessa

Cyclessa (Ethinyl Estradiol and Desogestrel) is used to prevent pregnancy in women of the reproductive age group. It may also be used to regulate menstrual cycles and reduce menstrual cramps, blood loss, and acne breakout in women of reproductive age group. Cyclessa is a combined oral contraceptive (COCP) that contains two active ingredients: ethinyl estradiol (an estrogen) and desogestrel (a progestin). Cyclessa prevents pregnancy by suppressing the release of an egg from the ovaries, by thickening cervical mucus, thereby making it more difficult for sperm to reach the egg, and also by altering the uterine lining, making it less receptive to a fertilized egg.

Cyclessa Side Effects:

Common mild and temporary side effects of this medication include nausea, vomiting, headache, bloating, breast tenderness, swelling of the ankles and feet, and weight changes. Mild vaginal bleeding between periods or missed or irregular periods may occur, especially during the first few months of use. These mild side effects do resolve spontaneously; however, contact your doctor immediately if these temporary side effects worsen or don't resolve.

Possible serious side effects of this medication include high blood pressure, lumps in the breast, abnormal mental or mood changes, severe abdominal pain, unusual changes in vaginal bleeding such as continuous spotting, sudden heavy bleeding, missed periods, dark urine, yellowness of the eyes, chest, jaw, or left arm pain, confusion, sudden dizziness, fainting, pain, swelling, and warmth in the groin and calf region, difficulty in speaking, sudden shortness of breath, rapid breathing, severe headaches, lack of coordination, excessive sweating, weakness on one side of the body, double vision, partial or complete blindness, severe body itching, rash, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and extreme dizziness. Discontinue this medication and seek immediate medical attention if you observe these severe side effects. Additionally, inform your doctor about any other side effects not listed here.

Cyclessa has been established to be effective in preventing pregnancy and safe to use through different clinical trials. It has been found to provide significantly improved cycle control with minimal to no effect on weight changes when compared with some other combined oral contraceptives. However, it is worth noting that Cyclessa does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs), so additional forms of protection may be necessary in that regard. Both ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel have variable half-lives. Ethinyl estradiol typically has a half-life in the range of 16 to 19 hours, while desogestrel has a shorter half-life, generally around 12 to 22 hours.
