Combivent Nebules contain two active ingrediants, Albuterol and Ipratropium. Combivent Nebules contain 2.5mg of Albuterol and 0.5mg of Ipratropium in each 2.5ml size nebule. Each nebule contain 2.5ml volume. Each box contains 20 Nebules. The total volume of one box is thus 20 nebules x 2.5ml/nebule, or 50ml. Thus, the concentration of drug per nebule is: Albuterol 1mg/ml and Ipratropium 0.2mg/ml (or 2.5mg Albuterol and 0.5mg Ipratropium per 2.5ml nebule). Nebules are also sometimes called Respules.
