VESIcare (generic name: Solifenacin Succinate) is a FDA approved medication for the treatment of the symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB). Overactive bladder is the condition when you are unable to control your bladder contractions, which may result in leakages. Solifenacin works by reducing muscle spasms in the bladder and urinary tract (or urethra).
