Humulin R (Regular Insulin) consists of zinc-insulin crystals dissolved in a clear fluid. Humulin R (Regular Insulin) has nothing added to change the speed or length of its action. Humulin R (Regular Insulin) takes effect rapidly and has a relatively short duration of activity (4 to 12 hours) as compared with other insulins. Humulin R (Regular Insulin) Vials contain only Regular Insulin. Humulin R (Regular Insulin) comes in a 10ml vial size. Each Humulin R (Regular Insulin) vial contains 100units/ml. Humulin R (Regular Insulin) Vials are manufactured by Eli Lilly.

Signs of low blood sugar include HUMULIN R side effects like sudden onset of cold sweat, dizziness, fatigue, shakiness, rapid heartbeat, nausea, vision changes, or personality change or confusion. IF HUMULIN R side effects like LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS OCCURS, CALL 911 and obtain emergency medical care immediately. Signs of high blood sugar include HUMULIN R side effects like gradual onset of drowsiness, flushed face, thirst, loss of appetite, or increased urination. If you notice other HUMULIN R side effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
