Livostin Opthalmic Suspension Information:

Opthalmic Suspension Livostin (Levocabastine) is an antihistamine used to prevent itching of the eyes due to allergies. Follow the directions for using Livostin (Levocabastine) provided by your doctor. TO USE Livostin (Levocabastine), first, wash your hands. Tilt your head back and, with your index finger, pull the lower eyelid away from the eye to form a pouch. Drop the Livostin (Levocabastine) into the pouch and gently close your eyes. Remove excess Livostin (Levocabastine) around your eye with a clean tissue, being careful not to touch your eye. Wash your hands to remove any Livostin (Levocabastine) that may be on them. TO PREVENT GERMS from entering your Livostin (Levocabastine), do not touch the applicator tip to any surface, including your eye. STORE Patanol (Olopatadine) at room temperature in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF Livostin (Levocabastine), use Livostin (Levocabastine) as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose of Livostin (Levocabastine), skip the missed dose of Livostin (Levocabastine) and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses of Livostin (Levocabastine) at once.
