Bentyl Information:

Bentyl is also called Bentylol. The active drug in Bentyl is dicylomine and it is indicated for the treatment of functional bowel and/or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Bentyl (Dicyclomine hydrochloride) is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent and it is supplied as a 10mg tablet, a 20mg tablet and in liquid form as a 10mg/5ml solution. Bentyl (generic name: Dicyclomine) is used to relieve the spasms of muscles, within the stomach and the Intstines. In its current state it’s used on a regular basis to treat functional bowel or Irritable bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Bentyl Side Effects:

As with all medical grade drugs you may suffer from various side effects, whilst using the medication.
