Domperidone Side Effects
Domperidone produces a rise in serum prolactin which may be associated with galactorrhoea and less frequently with gynaecomastia, breast enlargement or soreness. Rarely, Domperidone may cause acute extrapyramidal dystonic reactions including rare instances of oculogyric crises. Occasional rashes and other allergic phenomena are the possible side effects that may occur at the time you are taking this medicine. Any adverse effects due to paracetamol are rare but hypersensitivity including skin rash may occur. Some case of blood dyscrasias including thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis are also reported but these were not necessarily causally related to paracetamol. Contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, if you observe any other effects not listed above.
