If you have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine than do not take this medicine. The full effect of this medicine can be seen after few weeks. Without consulting your doctor do not stop taking this medicine. At the same time when you are taking the medicine, keep all doctor and laboratory appointments. At the beginning of treatment with this medicine and also at the time of any change to your dose, additional monitoring of your condition is required. Consult your doctor as quickly as possible, if you experience anxiety, agitation, panic attacks, difficulty sleeping, irritability, hostility, impulsive feelings, severe restlessness, or worsening of depression. If these symbols occur than it shows that your condition is worsening or that your treatment with this medicine should be evaluated. The parent or caregiver of a patient should check for these symptoms if occur. Consult the doctor as quickly as possible if any of these symptoms occur. For more information, consult your doctor. Without knowing about the reactions of this medicine on you do not drive, operate machinery, or do anything else that could be dangerous. Your ability to drive or to perform other potentially dangerous tasks may be reduces if you use this medicine alone, with other medicines, or with alcohol. You can have side effects for having this medicine with alcohol and other depressants. If you have any questions about which medicines are depressants than consult your doctor. All prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist while you start taking any new medicine. This includes any medicines that contain dextromethorphan. When using this medicine in children, carefulness is recommended because they may be more sensitive to the effects of this medicine. F0R WOMEN: Consult with your doctor about all the benefits and risks of using this medicine if you plan on becoming pregnant especially during the third trimester. This medicine is excreted in breast milk. While taking this medicine, do not breast-feed.
