Directions
For using this medicine, follow all the instructions as given by your doctor. The dosage of this medicine can be taken with or without food. Even if you feel well do not stop taking this medicine. Any doses should not be missed by you. Take the medicine immediately if you miss the dose and remembered on the same day but if it’s the time for your next dose, leave out the missed dose and take the medicine according to your regular dosing schedule, do not take 2 doses at once.

Cautions
If you have had an allergic reaction or are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine than do not take Avandia. Without first consulting with your doctor, do not stop taking this medicine or other diabetes medicine. Before adjusting the dose of your diabetes medicine or changing your diet, consult with your doctor and take the medicine and diet as prescribed by your doctor. At the same time when you are taking the medicine, keep all doctor and laboratory appointments (e.g., liver function test). All prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist while you start taking any new medicine. F0R WOMEN: Consult with your doctor about all the benefits and risks of using this medicine if you plan on becoming pregnant especially during the third trimester. It is not known if this medicine is excreted in breast milk. While taking this medicine, do not breast-feed.
