QUINAPRIL (KWIN-a-pril) is the chemical name for Accupril.
Four strengths are available for ‘Accupril’
Tablets- 5, 10, 20 and 40 mg.
Accupril Common Uses
Accupril is used to treat high blood pressure; this medicine
is an ACE inhibitor. Treatment of congestive heart disease
may also be done by using Accupril. It can also be used
in other circumstances for treatment, as if determined by
your doctor.
Before Using Accupril
There are chances that any other medicines or medical conditions
may interact with this medicine therefore all prescription
and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking should
be known by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are taking
indomethacin, lithium, potassium, azathioprine, diuretics,
or medicines used to treat diabetes than additional observation
should be required of your dose or condition. Without consulting
doctor do not start or stop taking the medicine. If you
have any other medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy,
or breast-feeding than immediately inform your doctor. If
you have a history of kidney artery narrowing, it is recommended
not to use this medicine. If you have any further queries

Storage
Store tablets and solutions at room temperature 15-30°C
(59-86°F). Store this Medicinec at room temperature,
away from heat and light.
