Accupril Side Effects
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; headache; dry cough; dizziness or lightheadedness when sitting up or standing; or fatigue are the possible side effects that may occur at the time you are taking this medicine. Consult with your doctor if you continue or are worrisome about these side effects. If you experience shortness of breath, hives, irregular or slow heartbeat, or chest pain then consult with your doctor as quickly as possible. And if you experience swelling of hands, face, lips, eyes, throat, or tongue; difficulty swallowing or breathing; hoarseness; or unusual stomach pain then also consult with your doctor as quickly as possible. It is not likely possible to have any allergic reaction to this medicine but if you find any reaction then immediately contact your doctor. Rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing are the possible symptoms of an allergic reaction. Contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, if you observe any other effects not listed above.

Accupril Overdose
Contact your local poison control center or emergency room without delay, if overdose is supposed to be taken by you. Dizziness and weakness are symptoms of overdose.
