Directions
For using this medicine, follow all the instructions as given
by your doctor. The dosage of this medicine can be taken before
one hour or after two hours of your meal. The absorption of
the medicine into your bloodstream may be decreased if you
take this medicine along with high-fat meals. And it should
be stored at room temperature in a tightly-sealed container
and in a dry place and away from heat and direct light. Even

Cautions

antibiotic or a quinolone antibiotic (e.g., ciprofloxacin,
levofloxacin). The absorption of these medicines with Accupril
can interfere because these products contain magnesium. Inform
the doctor or dentist that you are taking Accupril, before
having any medical or dental treatments, emergency care, or
surgery. All prescription and over-the-counter medicine that
you are taking should be known by your doctor or pharmacist
while you start taking any new medicine. Dizziness, lightheadedness,
or fainting may be caused by taking Accupril. Without knowing
about the reactions of this medicine on you do not drive,
operate machinery, or do anything else that could be dangerous.
It is recommended not to use salt substitute without consulting
your doctor or pharmacist. F0R WOMEN: This drug can cause
serious fetal harm and newborn death, if you use this medicine
during pregnancy. Consult with your doctor immediately, if
you suspect you may be pregnant. It is not known if this medicine
is excreted in breast milk. While taking this medicine, ask
your doctor to discuss the risks to your baby, if you are
or will be breast-feeding. |
